An Issue that Was Resolved, Professional Company
Truthfully, I use Jotform for convenience and it does have a lot of powerful features. Plus, it is user friendly and affordable. We had a misunderstanding as the team at Jotform blocked one of our crucial forms and we were not made aware of it (although the team mentioned we were emailed about it). In any regard, this issue was resolved professionally and in a timely manner. I may still search out another form creator for our site, but Jotform really is a solid choice!

A real form generator
A real form generator, complete even in it's free version. Very useful at work. Totally recommend it.

Easy to use
I needed to create a form and I searched on the internet for the best place to create a form, Jotform always popped up in the search results. I thought I give it a try. It is amazingly easy to use!! Mind you, I have ZERO experience with creating forms, it took me literally 3 minutes to create one. You have tons of options, drop down lists, addresses, dates, etc. Everything I needed in a form was available. You can even change and modify the size of the fields.What I like most about it, is ...

The platform is great and user-friendly.
The platform is excellent, and the builder tool for creating forms is straightforward to use and navigate. They also offer many widgets and integrations (automations), which are very helpful.

So far, so good!
I have been using Jotform for a few weeks now, and I'm really liking it. It was very easy to make my order form and add/edit various products and pricing. The only thing I do not like is the overall submission limit on the account.I don't mind the monthly submission limit

First time using a form builder
This is the first time I have needed to make a form. The interface is very user-friendly. I have also found Jotform's Youtube tutorials to be very helpful in learning some more advanced features. I appreciate the amount of download and submission space that even the free version allows. I would highly recommend Jotform.
