Used to monitor new Wellness Program - very easy to use!
We were able to use the Silver plan to be able to implement our new Employee Wellness Program which required employees to submit proof of completing health tasks to earn time off. Jotform made it very easy for the employees to complete the submission and upload documents without having to create an account or log in like with other form websites. I highly recommend Jotform to other departments looking for a program such as this.

Perfect and Simple!
This website has everything that I need to create my online teaching art business! Before I started my business, I did a lot of research and visited many websites. Some didn't offer what I needed, and others were way to complicated to understand. Jotform provides all that I need and needed, and is so easy to navigate!

Jotform is absolutely tremendous!!
Jotform is absolutely tremendous!!! It is so easy to use and provides everything in one place. I recently purchased a few other websites similar to jot form and there is no comparison. I am dropping everything else and use it as my primary source of contact with clients.
