The best form builder software to date!!!
When we first found Jotform, we saw its limitless capabilities to expand our business to a more professional standard. To date, this is the most innovative and best form builder software I have seen which makes form building and PDF forms so easy to make. The additional features such as emails and custom integration make this the best software I have used by far. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Negletful support
Customers jeopardized by server-side problems are not taken seriously. For example, after a failure during migration between JotForm data centers, part of our data was lost. The support has acknowledged it was a failure, but after three weeks there is no resolution. In fact, not even an informed reply was given. Only generic answers with a vague promise that they will restore our data sometime in the future. Clearly, they haven't bothered to address the issue yet. By searching open tickets ...

A great system
A great system. Forms are easy to design and the code provided can be easily added to a website to produce a professional looking form. Well recommended.

Jotform is fairly user friendly with a lot of template to get started to meet several different needs. The support forum is great to ask questions and there are a lot of videos on how to do certain tasks. The only issue we had was that we needed total number of products ordered so we could apply a discount after the minimum number of products was ordered.

I was introduced to JotForm during a seminar. Before that, I hadn't heard about it. Now that I have, I'm happy to say that I'm going to be using JotForm more often in my business. I had only used Google Forms before, but I like a lot of the features JotForm has to offer. After I familiarize myself with it, I believe it's going to be a lot easier for me to navigate my way around. I highly recommend JotForm!
