Couldn't be happier with the results…
Couldn't be happier with the results Jotform has bought to our business. We use it for customers to sell their unwanted goods direct to us. Simple to use and great level of support. Couldn't recommend higher.

Jotform is great
I like the way you can get the Jotform app and turn on the Kiosk Mode. I like the offline feature too.

bad support for customers
Poor company. When it works it works. If you have a small issue they will spam you with copy paste replies. My account got hacked and banned, and they wont stop spamming me about the "upgrades" the hacker did on my account. I recommend looking for a service with human support. Their support ticket system is just bots answers unless you are talking about spending $$$.

Jotform is great
I like the way you can get the Jotform app and turn on the Kiosk Mode. I like the offline feature too.

Simple and Powerful!
Jotform is an incredibly simple yet powerful tool to get the exact information you need and organize that information that will speed up your processes by a ton. I use and check on my forms everyday. They have also included an app option that is very helpful as well. The autoformatting of the form fields and conditionals are what really made me choose Jotform over any other service.

Form bugs ignored by support team
Basic fixes are not resolved in a timely manner. Support staff send robotic responses each time I chase up for a solution

my transmission into jotform
I was using another app for forms but literally a complete difference . Jotform is the best form app , can`t use any other app. Everything you need you will find in Jotform.

The best form builder software to date!!!
When we first found Jotform, we saw its limitless capabilities to expand our business to a more professional standard. To date, this is the most innovative and best form builder software I have seen which makes form building and PDF forms so easy to make. The additional features such as emails and custom integration make this the best software I have used by far. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!
