Fantastic form builder with a lot of flexibility
JotForm is an excellent form builder software - very easy to use, with a very intuitive UI, and a great range of capabilities such as integration to several external platforms (Google Sheets, Slack, etc). You can apply complex logic (e.g. define if a field is conditional or is to be hidden based on other fields values) and you can add widgets that enhance the form capabilities even further. My business could not survive with Jotform. It is very user-friendly plus your first 100 views are "FREE" each month. We highly recommend it for business and personal use. Also, their technical support is fast to respond to any issues that you may have. Thanks Jotform!

JotForm is a perfect fit for my business
JotForm is a perfect fit for my business. I always want to change our paper feedback form to digital but nothing really work out until I find Jotform from a random google search. It's straight to the point, easy to set up and with many great integration such as with Google Sheet, free up your time of data entry. Highly recommended!
