Jotform is making my job EASIER
Jotform is making my job so much easier. I love the integration options and how it automatically adds a spreadsheet for easy access. This has been a game changer at work!

Not a viable option for casual users. Toxic customer support.
Not really a viable option. I've used JotForm off and on for years very casually. By that, I mean, maybe once or twice a year, I'll use a jot form to collect responses. It's versatile, there are lots of options in the actual form, which is why I chose it to begin with and why I've recommended it to others. Unfortunately, since I last used JotForm they've instituted a 100/month submission limit, which no longer makes this an option for me, with this policy they've eliminated the casual user ...

Customer Support is AWFUL
Customer Support is AWFUL! If I'm reaching out to customer support, it's because I have already read and researched their articles on how to do something and it still doesn't work. Do not spam your clients with the same fricking articles, actually read the email and help! Ridiculous!

Couldn't be happier with the results…
Couldn't be happier with the results Jotform has bought to our business. We use it for customers to sell their unwanted goods direct to us. Simple to use and great level of support. Couldn't recommend higher.
