support is so bad ...
We use Jotform for more then 1 year now as an enterprise and use webhooks to send the submits to azure and our CRM. The product is ok, but the support is really really awfull. We will drop this solution, which will cost us ... just because their support is so bad. We tried everything, but they kept stalling us, without giving us real solutions. Never again!

Jotform is easy and convenient to use
Jotform is easy and convenient to use. They have so many tools, widgets etc, it is an amazing help for my business. I would reecomment them to all, especially if you are not so tech savvy. Very easy to work with!

Revolutionised consent forms
I run a tattoo studio and this little app has revolutionised the way I obtain consent from my clients. Before I had paper forms and had to store them securely. I now have all my forms digitally. I particularly like the integrations, I have a new client added to my Square account automatically for sales when the client fills out the concent form. I can't recommend Jotform enough!

I am paid account customer and you just…
I am paid account customer and you just took all the forms down on the most critical day for me! I cannot access my account and cannot get through to anyone! This is totally unacceptable and creates an enormous loss for me! Unreliable service on all fronts!
