Awful customer service 10 week wait & counting
***update*** jotform responded to this review with the same old responses. Still 10 weeks + no solution and still only offering the same old basic replies. Awful customer service when needing to resolve a critical issue. The stripe checkout integration (when embedded on our website) results in the form being submitted duplicate times. Over the past 10 weeks the only responses from customer services are " we will update you soon" and that they are "doing their best" to resolve ...

Customer service barely exists
Customer service barely exists. Can’t get a person on the phone. The answers in response to questions online don’t solve the problems. They may say they’ll get back to you but then they don’t.

Poor Technology!
Poor Technology! Have been trying to integrate it with Webflow and send pdf Attachments after each submission, but it turned out to be a joke, they said it's not built into their system.

Total amazing product ever since the introduction of tables and it just seems to get better with new features coming out every month. The Jotform Apps have saved us so much grief by supplying info to our customers it has made our life a lot easier.

Jotform Enterprise is so far the best…

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, cancelled straight after I used it with emails back and forth and was then told a year later that I extended it.. After explaining I hadn't with emails to verify, they sent me an extension signed by someone I do not know/fake name, and said they cannot cancel the extension. This is with 5 users and they can clearly see I've never used any of them
