Gone downhill. Customer service dodges responsibility. Positive reviews are fake.

Bugs?

It seems like every other link I click on ends in a 404. But only some of the time. It happens when I try to submit a question to Support, when I try to check on my submitted questions, when I tried to log in, etc. But the weird thing is that sometimes it loads correctly. I have been using jotform now as part of my work for over a year. We use it for internal and external data capture. It is so easy to use, user friendly and really easy for some who has limited IT and Design knowledge to create stunning and impressive forms.

Functions Not Working/Laughable Support

My client, a small non-profit with a PAID Jotform account, had me create (only) two forms in the past 10 months. The support is laughable. I have filed 16 support tickets in this time; three remain unresolved. There is an average 7.5 responses from "support" for each ticket, many of which don't apply to problem. My client has paid me for the hours I've spent trying to resolve these problems. I continue to try to convince them to go to a more reliable form software. MANY of my support ...

Good product, bad support

They make a great product BUT each time you ask for support you get the worst possible responses. I get stuff like "refresh your browser and try again" when hundreds of customers are having an issue.

Great features and excellent video tutorials

I have been using jotform for years. The forms more than meet my expectations. I've just updated my website along with it's integrated jotforms to reflect the needs and progression of my website. I am really happy to see that jotform has been doing the same with their service too. There are lots more clever features and widgets available since I last looked and it was super easy to create the new forms I needed as their were some very useful video tutorials available.

The best online form builder ever tried. The user interface is very clean and very intuitive. The tools to build the forms easy to use and thanks to the many integrations makes it really powerful.

Abseits der Standardfunktionen sehr Fehleranfällig

Die Standardfunktionen funktionieren grundsätzlich super, geht es allerdings darüber hinaus (PDF's verschicken, Zahlungen akzeptieren, Gutscheine einlösen...) kommen sehr schnell viele Bugs auf. Der Support antwortet zwar schnell, aber Lösung wird keine gefunden, ich bin mir nicht mal sicher ob danach gesucht wird. Ich habe mittlerweile !!!7!!! offene Threads (zum Teil seit 4 Monaten offen) ohne Lösung. Ich bekomme nur eine Standardantwort "danke für ihre Geduld" "unsere Entwickler arbeiten ...
