Love Jotform to bits and have used it for years, but the embed option has some issues so its not as straightforward as it should be with scripts and CSS conflicting.

I was totally new to form and app building and was very leery about it working. I tried Jotform and watched a few videos and before I knew it , I had my first form. From there I went on to create another six forms and developed an app. There was definitely some bumps along the way but once I got the hang of it , everything worked out great.

The best Forms app

The best Forms app. From Support, to customization. Works perfectly. The cherry on top is the android app which is very useful when you are out and do not necessarily carry your laptop with you. Recommend it 24/7.

Submissions Disappeared

We had experienced missing forms and submissions in years past so we upgraded to the paid version. This time the form stayed up for the period required but the submissions disappeared. We have received more than 50 submissions to our survey yet the site shows we have only 1. Today we cancelled our paid subscription.

Jotform is extremely useful

Jotform is extremely useful. The UI is so user friendly and using it becomes a breeze. The online resources and support is also excellent. When I needed further help, searching for online answers are always easy. I’m in awe of how Jotform has transformed our operations in many ways.

JotForm has been transformative for our business. We have eliminated 100s of emails a week with the submissions. The forms are the easiest to use, and we tried several of them.

Definitely one to keep

We currently use Jotform for three separate types of forms - subscription sign-ups for one of our optional services, webinar registrations and feedback forms. It's really straightforward to use, the forms look great on computers, tablets and mobile phones, and it works seamlessly. Conditional branching lets us only show certain fields when they are needed, so the forms look uncluttered, and that feature takes hardly any time to set up. Powerful and useful tools

Started using JotForm as a way to help our HR department take in new employee details and for current employees to do questionnaires. JotForm is really easy to use as creating a form only involves dragging and dropping the desired functions you want onto the form. I was able to make a full contract in only a few minutes. Jotform has made my charity events easy to keep organized and with templets and integrations I'm not needing 5 different providers for things.

deceptive pricing - unreliable csr information

been using for years and had my "grandfathered price" i took a week of confirming my renewal price to make sure what the cost would be since it looked like it was going to be almost twice what i have been paying for several years . there was no option to see my actual renewal price very scammy. they assured me that my current price was grandfathered in and would not go up by several customer service reps. i was billed the new price almost double and they are giving me the run around. i have ...
