Easy to Use

We have been using Jotform for a while now and it is really a good platform. We do profiling of individuals from anywhere in my country in as far as police work is concern. Easy to use and provide more option for our developers to edit if needed arise from field officers. Right from the field to those working in the office.

Very poor application

Very poor application! Will only allow one user per all the listed plans and blackmail with thousands of dollars if you wish to add another user. You will be logged out every 10-15min and will constantly have to log in using the code, if you log in more than 3 times, you will be locked out and only grant access after a few hours, as you attempted to log in too many times.

For so long we are trying to update the payment details with our business bank account details, but that is impossible. Jotform is an awesome tool!

We began using Jotform a couple of years ago for registrations for my summer camps. Our experience has been stellar. There's never been a hiccup in the system, it's really easy for our families to use, and we love how easy it is to work with the data from the forms. It adds a level of professionalism above the Google Forms that we used to use, and it is so much easier to build the forms. We so glad that we were able to find this tool.

Basic Form Field capability is ignored by developers

The main feature of Forms is in the name Jotform, yet this has not really had any developer support for years. The developers just fob off any requests for improvements, suggesting clunky third party widgets that are missing some very basic capabilites that other form platforms have as standard. EG: Address Autocomplete uses Google API, but cannot even use basic features like location based filtering.

Form Templates

I was looking to make client-intake forms better for my clients and actually filled one out for an appointment I had with a nurse. JotForm definitely fulfilled the need I was looking for. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is easy to review and approve the form prior to saving on our secure platform.

Great!

Very easy to use website with alot of tools & options for free! I had one issue with my form on mobile so I contacted support and they solved it within a few hours :) Only thing I would love is a one time payment option just to remove the watermark. I have a simple and very small business and I use Jotform to get orders, but their cheapest payment option to remove the watermark is alot a month for a form that doesn't get used much, and I wouldn't need any more storage space for my form either!

Broken Approval Flow

Ive been working with Jotform for a few years. 6 months ago we built a robust work flow system inside. It worked great. In December it broke. A critical form got disconnected from the flow when it was submitted. We spent significant man hours on our end to fix it. We couldn't. We reached out to Jotfom support and let them know the urgency.
