Unhelpful, take advantage.

Unhelpful, features don't work for paid plan, they cannot fix it and want me to pay more for enterprise. Joke! Speaking to Nina and also just getting told that I need enterprise. Why should I pay more when I already paid and it does not properly work and you cannot even find a fix?! Unbelievable. Update: I’ve opened cases, your support is useless. You have my phone number. if you really want to provide a resolution, give me a call!

Avoid at all cost they will keep your data and never give back!

I am attempting to use their system for basic client forms and onboarding. We are an accounting firm that has a need for a jotform-like solution. I shared my login with a support team to download a form and have since been locked out of the system. Try contacting support at their support "contact-us", but no response; I reached out to sales to see if I could pay for a more convenient solution, but their business case from free to enterprise requires a $500+ jump in price. Blown away by the ease, functionality, and support

I was frustrated that my Perl form scripts no longer worked. Programmers wanted a lot to convert it to PHP. BUT, Jotform allowed me to do exactly what I needed - a custom quiz, and embed it on my site. It was easy to pick up how it all worked, ad when I got stuck, the support people were extremely clear and helpful. Best of all, it is free, although I might upgrade to a pain plan soon. I am very impressed, and could not find another resource that comes even close.
