Efficient, but expensive!
On the plus side, it just works every time! Set up is quicker than any other form builder I've tried, alignment is automatic and adapts to any device, conditions are easy and logical to set up, email notifications are customisable. It blends seamlessly into the website in which it appears as various elements can be changed via CSS (if, like me, you're not an expert at this, chat support are very helpful and will guide you through it). Unable to access our own company data due to Jotform Error
We have HIPAA Compliance (Gold Package, expensive but had felt it was worth it up until now). A month ago, all of our submissions were anonymised ('protected') and we are now unable to view ANY of our submissions to prior to a month ago. For a month we have requested a solution daily, and then every few days, and asked for an indication of time until the issue is fixed/ the progression of the issue.
