Couldn't be happier!
Using JotForm has made processing new patients a breeze! Patients are able to fill out the forms when it is convenient for them and allows them to fill them out at their pace from the comfort of their own home. Some patients prefer to fill out forms while in the office and JotForm makes it easy to do too. Each form is super customizable and easy to work with. Jotform is easy to use!
Jotform is easy to use and you can edit/build in a simple and quick format. The engineers are able to navigate this with ease. I would 100% recommend this!

Nothing works
Had to fill in a Jotform for a headhunter and this is the first time I have knowingly used a Jotform. Well, all I can say is shocking. Firstly, I can not change the submission date on the headhunter form so can not submit the form to headhunter. Secondly, I did some research online in how to fix it and all queries on page 1 of Google come up with a 404 on Jotform site. Thirdly, tried to contact support on Joyform to ask how to fix the problem and the submit button says 'Oops something ...

Jotform has lost it's way.
Jotform has lost it's way. I started using Jotform back in 2014. The platform was easy to use and very flexible. Plus, it was free! When they started charging, the fees were reasonable and the framework was still very nice. As they moved into the HIPAA compliant realm, the high costs and the ridiculous password reset demands have been nothing short of a disaster. On top of that, the forms don't work anymore. This is my first time using Jotform
This is my first time using Jotform! I have filled them out for work before, but this was my first go at making one. The platform was super simple to use. And Sending to my team was even easier! I love the submission view too!
