Jotform is super easy to use

Jotform is super easy to use. As someone who is not tech savvy, this was very simple and self explanatory with the results looking professional! So glad I have come across JotForm and have recommended to everyone I know to use this platform.

Jotform is very userfriendly and powerfull. I also like the huge amount of well designed templates the offer. The best thing though is the well spread connectivity with integrations to other platforms. I guess there will be more to come there.

They have a nice UI and functionality

They have a nice UI and functionality, but their fees are overrated. I mean $45 a month to fill out forms doesn't make a lot of sense. You can get a lot more value for cheaper. Also, if you ever forget to cancel, good luck in getting a refund! Even if you never used it. This is what I had in an annual subscription, forgot to cancel within a month and refused to refund like $250 even though I didn't use it at all!

Was looking for an app to easily register people to an event

We were looking for an app that could cater for easy registration list with multiple options in the questionnaire and ideally the possibility to extract data in excel. Well, to say the least is that jotform goes way beyond that with multiple tracking and enhancements options. In a sea of apps that more often than not do not respond to your needs or are incredibly hard to use, jotform really stands out !

Jotform is such an user friendly tool, needed to simplify process. The templates have made it even easier to get started. I have personally referred this tool to other friends, and they have fully adopted it for fuss-free transactions. The information found in the community is another great source to get ideas and address queries that we have. Highly recommended

Boss Elite CIC love using Jotform for gathering information from our members that is easy to look back on and edit if required. We have used it a lot in the last 12-months and plan on using it a lot more for our new season. As the form builders, we find it easy to use and our users (parents) have commented how easy it is to complete and submit.

Keeps charging me despite cancelling paid plan

We used this for data collection by research assistants. While we used it, it worked okay. However, since cancelling the paid plan years ago, I've been charged twice already for the annual rate and had to reverse the charge. The seem to be unable to correct this error in their database. Support is generally helpful, however the form that is used to communicate with their support has issues with uploading screenshots so the process inevitably takes longer than necessary. Would not use again.
