Jolt was the missing piece to the puzzle with keeping our team organized and accountable!

PROS: I love the scheduling portion of Jolt. It has literally saved me countless hours! I love that my employees can easily go in and adjust there own availability. My staff is made up of usually around 15 students who's availability changes every 5 weeks. It was such a headache for me to organize on my own before Jolt. CONS: I love the way that the schedule looks when I am creating it, I can assign colors for locations, etc. However the print version looks very different and is not as ...

PROS: Simple to use, easy to make changes... and best of all it helps keep my operation running smoothly! CONS: The scheduling piece of it isn't as good as other software

Great tool for organizing employee's work

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can easily create a list of tasks, such as an opening or closing checklist for my employees to use with ease. I am able to provide details about that task as well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The tool has a lot too it and the UI isn't intuitive when you begin to use it. Great tool for organizing employee’s work

PROS: I can easily create a list of tasks, such as an opening or closing checklist for my employees to use with ease. I am able to provide details about that task as well. CONS: The tool has a lot too it and the UI isn't intuitive when you begin to use it. I had to read a lot of their tutorial pages when I first started.

Lack of API and interfaces

PROS: Good process descriptions and performance reports. The setup and use is easy. CONS: APIs and interfaces are totally missing so we cannot integrate with our software and are writing a competing software.

PROS: The best thing is the solid yet flexible structure of the information database. CONS: There are a few features they are still working on.

Jolt is Awesome!

PROS: It is so easy to use. Jolt really helped keep us on track. It keeps us organized and it is very handy. CONS: I think the only thing that I wish would work better is going back and reviewing completed lists. I feel like it is slightly clunky.

Great for getting tasks organized and completed

PROS: I would say it has great user interface. The format of the app is straightforward and easy to use. The app also runs fast so there is no lag or annoying buffer in between each action. CONS: When creating lists, i wish there was an option to change the type of task even after you set it. That way if tehre is something to modify, we dont have to completely delete and make a new one.
