What do you like best about Jolt? JOLT's customer service has been great! They have a team of experts that help to resolve all of your issues from lists, to labels, to settings and beyond. What do you like best about Jolt? The Checklist & accountability & Scheduling What do you dislike about Jolt? Maybe just not being able to log in faster What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping the team on task with checklists. The scheduling program is helpful and easier for the team to use and ask for their time off.

"Used to be good. Now awful."
What do you like best about Jolt? uptime. The system has been reliably and we haven't experienced down time. What do you dislike about Jolt? Customer service used to be excellent, now it's been 3 weeks to reach an account manager and still no one calls back despite three emails and two phone calls messages. What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Staff are not exactly in love with the format but it helps us track inspections, until we find another provider.

What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt was not helpful to my business. Would not use. What do you dislike about Jolt? Only tech support is via email or phone. No onsite visits in NZ. Only suitable for the USA Recommendations to others considering Jolt: Only use if you live in the US What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing there are better systems doing the same thing here in NZ. Look at loaded.

The best way to use your time!
PROS: Checklists and label making functionality are absolutely the best. Custom checklists allow my team to follow step by step instructions everyday without have to micromanage. CONS: I do wish there was more functionality with the iPhone app, similar to all the feature integrated with iPad apps.

What do you like best about Jolt? This company will not call you back. they have no customer service What do you dislike about Jolt? This company will not call you back. They have no customer service. They hook you in with a free trial and then make it impossible to cancel. Any company that does not have a way to cancel online and then does not call you back to cancel is not ethical. Stay away! What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Jolt Is Great For Managers
PROS: Jolt gives management a way to ensure that all of our employees are completing their tasks, creating accountability while they are on the clock. CONS: Honestly, this product is pretty perfect as it is.

jolt, great but needs minor help
PROS: I like that you can record and make your own lists. I also like that you can choose which days they are used and which are not (that day) CONS: for us we have either cooking and filling days (that are random) and some times its only a cooking day and others its only a baking day and this can be difficult depending on the amount of lists. It would be nice to select with one click whether it was a cook day (with all tasks) or a fill day (with all tasks) or both, however you have to go ...
