What do you like best about Jolt? We love the "scheduling" feature the best by far. This platform allows us and our employees to seamlessly interact with their schedules at all times. What do you dislike about Jolt? The "temperature log." Not always can we take and enter our food temperatures at the exact times the platform needs us to. What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt is great at offering a nice bang for the buck. Between scheduling, labeling and checklists, it is a jack of all trades. What do you dislike about Jolt? Unfortunately, simple tasks such as submitting availability and requesting time off are very tedious and not intuitive at all. Jolt – quick and easy to use

PROS: Easy to use - customer service with setup support is superb! CONS: Wifi/Bluetooth connect for the Zebra printer can be problematic.

Good product if you use it consistently. Expensive if you don’t.

PROS: JOLT is a useful tool, but its only as effective as your discipline in implementing it and then holding your teams accountable for its use. CONS: I bought into JOLT for my two small restaurants, and initially my teams were excited to use a "checklist" that spoke their language (ie electronic). But my managers and I did not hold people accountable for checking off the lists each shift, and eventually it fell out use. Given the $100/mo cost per location, you can't afford Jolt unless you ...

I love, love, LOVE Jolt!

PROS: Easy/quick to create and implement, Scheduling function is easy to use and easy to reference, data analytics are quick to generate and very detailed CONS: I can't really think of anything to make Jolt better
