Jolt - quick and easy to use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy to use - customer service with setup support is superb! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Wifi/Bluetooth connect for the Zebra printer can be problematic. What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? I'm not sure. It has solved the problems that we intended to solve with it. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Hand written labels and paper ...

Jolt has become an integral part of the daily operation and communication of our entire team.

PROS: Jolt helps me build a solid foundation for many parts of our operations. The schedule platform is outstanding. It's ability to interface directly with team members make managing availability and time off requests visible and seamless. The checklists have allowed us to build a level of accountability that we have not had before. Being able to check real-time performance remotely, at any part of the day a great benefit of Jolt. CONS: The initial task of building lists was a little time ...

Good product if you use it consistently. Expensive if you don’t.

PROS: JOLT is a useful tool, but its only as effective as your discipline in implementing it and then holding your teams accountable for its use. CONS: I bought into JOLT for my two small restaurants, and initially my teams were excited to use a "checklist" that spoke their language (ie electronic). But my managers and I did not hold people accountable for checking off the lists each shift, and eventually it fell out use. Given the $100/mo cost per location, you can't afford Jolt unless you ...

"Jolt has been really amazing so far, and their team is very helpful. "

What do you like best about Jolt? I like that it works as one big database and communication point for the staff as well as the management. It really has made monitoring employee productivity easier, and makes the employees more accountable as well. The lists are especially wonderful because I can make sure the building is being opened and closed properly, as well as cleaned properly just by having the staff follow the lists I create. What do you dislike about Jolt? Just that it is still in ...

"Creativity Unleashed!"

What do you like best about Jolt? The freedom to create anything your mind desires! Added accountability to assigned tasks, unlimited customizable options from task lists, forms, agreements, training procedures etc. It is a powerful tool. What do you dislike about Jolt? Only main dislike is uncompleted lists, can start to pile up if say a QR Code isnt scanned and required. (If the QR code is missing and cannot be scanned, the user cannot complete/submit the list, and the list stays open. ...

"Decent yet complicated"

What do you like best about Jolt? Very versatile. We became paperless because of this system. We use jolt for checklists (operations) and back office (terminations, minors, etc). What do you dislike about Jolt? Organization within the program. We created a lot of checklists, therefore, our page get's inundated. Jolt could benefit from a sort of filing system for lists. Recommendations to others considering Jolt: I would recommend training all leadership on how to use jolt but have one main ...

Awesome Product for Date labeling in Restaurants

PROS: Very easy to use and way more accurate than hand writing labels. CONS: Setup was pretty time consuming. Maybe have a database available to make things quicker.
