Good ATS

What do you like best? I like the clear view and many option for tracking and reporting recruitment status. What do you dislike? Application template for candidates is very "raw". There should be option to add new questions and do pre-filtring of candidates, i.e. through their salary expectations or specific skills. We have some "high volume" projects, where a lot of candidates apply, but in the same time half of them is exceeding our budget. It would save so much time not to look ...

Solid choice for hiring needs

What do you like best? The tool is comprehensive in capturing the ongoing comms between all parties, which makes it easy to keep track of the progress. Additionally, it's great to have all feedback from interviewers in one place. What do you dislike? It could be easier to schedule actual interviews with multiple participants. As it stands it requires a bit of doubling-up on the invites. Jobvite's UI also isn't the easiest to use, it can be a bit roundabout for someone who isn't a ...

Gets the job done

What do you like best? Seeing all previous applications in 1 place for candidates. What do you dislike? Random issues that will affect 1 team member and not the rest. One day it is working slowly for all team members, and the next 1 or 2 people of 6 get a glitch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ATS allows easy customization for prescreen questions and evaluations. Tailor it to our company hiring needs.

Jobvite is user friendly!!

What do you like best? The fact we can review and create workflows for each one of our recruiting processes and add as many managers as we can. What do you dislike? Messages can only be sent to candidates. They should be allowed between everyone including cc and bcc others as well, instead of using only notes. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a platform useful, if you dont take the time to make it work it wont be useful. What problems are you ...

Highly customizable tool with a good support team

What do you like best? I like that you can map fields, so you can keep the integrity of the data in your requisitions, which in turn helps when creating the users. Also, you can schedule reports, so it takes a lot of effort off from the administrator of the tool. What do you dislike? That they charge for using the APIs, so even if there are turn key integrations, you need to pay more for using it because the API needs to be enabled. Creating reports is not really intuitive, ...

Jobvite Review

What do you like best? As an applicant, the dashboard is pretty easy. What do you dislike? Building and customizing Jobvite has been a pain. Customer support is lacking and the reps don't seem too interested to give quality help because they're on a time limit of how much time they can spend with a customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business benefits including having an ATS to store candidate data but this can be done ...

User Friendly System!

What do you like best? Very user friendly compared to other ATS systems out there, Seems very straightforward for both internal users and candidates What do you dislike? Some edits need to be done through the Jobvite support team and not immediately by the user. Not detrimental at all, but can cause a delay at times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing and sorting candidates in an efficient way, Good user engagement, ...
