Intuitive, User-Friendly, Hard to Mess Things Up
What do you like best? This will sound odd, but I enjoy that it takes a couple of clicks to do something (like reject a candidate). In recruiting, we live in fear of sending a candidate something wrong or telling them something that is meant for someone else, so I enjoy that there are some protections built in. A quick and convenient way to find a job/employee
What do you like best? From the employer standpoint, Jobvite provides a way to compile all of those vital questions to secure an employee that is everything needed to fill whatever position is open. This site is extremely user friendly and makes both finding the perfect job AND employee a breeze! What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Very User Friendly!
What do you like best? I enjoy the layout and ease of access of jobvite. What do you dislike? I dislike the lengthy sign up process. It should be easier to allow people to sign up for the service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are actively recruiting applicants for our company. A large benefit is having all of their information and interview feedback in one place. Jobvite also tracks their growth within the company.

Great tool for hiring
What do you like best? This site is fairly user friendly, and helps keep things in order. What do you dislike? There have been times where I couldn't find an applicant after I hit a certain point, but that might be more on how my company has it set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? able to send an invite for folks interested, and apps can come in from multiple sites and file into one location,

The disposition reasons do not always match up to the true reason for disposition.
