Easy learn platform
What do you like best? Reporting to track the different stages and performance of my team What do you dislike? Sometimes we can not connect JV with local job boards so we are losing data and we need to do manual work. Also, in job fairs, there is not a way in which we can import the database to track the candidate status. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization problems were mostly solved, we can adapt the platform with ...

Jobvite is a pretty nice system.
What do you like best? It is very easy to use which is very helpful. Plus job postings and easy to send out to friends. What do you dislike? I do not think I have played around in it enough to really know but for the most part it is a very easy system to follow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it easy to send out jobvites to friends who are looking for a job. Also it has helped with our onboarding process majorly.

Ok system - but could be more flexible
What do you like best? It does what is says. The candidates file is pretty complete, What do you dislike? It could be quicker by integrating better with Linked'in. It's now an extra paid option In JV, while I think this should be standard and not for extra pay. Almost every step in JV takes lots of clicks. Dashboards are not quite clear, the user experience of running reports is not up to modern standards integrations with website are not flexible, it's hard to ...

Fantastic ATS platform
What do you like best? As a recruiter the level of customisation, whether that be evaluation forms, careers site or analytical reporting is great. For our Hiring Managers the platform is easy to use, they can even review candidates via Jobvite's iOS or Android app! What do you dislike? Customisation is great but it can take time to learn the back-end of the system and become fluent in the extensive admin settings. Luckily Jobvite has excellent customer support if you do need help. ...

Robust and easy to use
What do you like best? Jobvite lets you quickly and easily review candidates and disposition them accordingly. It's also a great platform for quickly posting jobs to you social media accounts. What do you dislike? The only thing I've had issues with thus far has been the ability to swap profile resume's without having to delete the candidate and start over with a new profile. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simple, robust, easy to use What problems are ...

Great hiring workflow tool
What do you like best? The thing i like best about Jobvite is the flow of steps it walks you through when interviewing a candidate. The tools not only allow you to stay organized with each candidate and each step in the process, but also make it simple to move a candidate through. What do you dislike? One of the challenges i have with the site is the meeting scheduler. I am in a different time zone than my corporate office and that makes using this part of the site a challenge. ...

Solid choice for hiring needs
What do you like best? The tool is comprehensive in capturing the ongoing comms between all parties, which makes it easy to keep track of the progress. Additionally, it's great to have all feedback from interviewers in one place. What do you dislike? It could be easier to schedule actual interviews with multiple participants. As it stands it requires a bit of doubling-up on the invites. Jobvite's UI also isn't the easiest to use, it can be a bit roundabout for someone who isn't a ...

What do you like best? You can easily sort your candidates and tag them with the stage of the process What do you dislike? N/A - I don't have a dislike for JobVite What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted a hiring system that all users could easily understand and use with minimal HR intervention. It is much easier to get into than our old hiring system.

Good ATS
What do you like best? I like the clear view and many option for tracking and reporting recruitment status. What do you dislike? Application template for candidates is very "raw". There should be option to add new questions and do pre-filtring of candidates, i.e. through their salary expectations or specific skills. We have some "high volume" projects, where a lot of candidates apply, but in the same time half of them is exceeding our budget. It would save so much time not to look ...
