What do you like best? ATS is large and customizable which is very good. Have very good internal database. Mass mailing feature is also very good. Easy Search What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best part of Job Diva is how much ground it can cover, by automating tasks that we used to do manually. The minute I get a new requirement, I can set up an Agent Search so Job Diva can search all of the career sites, pulling in all the resumes throughout the web with the right skills. What do you like best? I think JobDiva is a great and intuitive software. What do you dislike? Doesn't do a great job of filtering out the 'exclusions' on candidates- wish you could search through 'hot list's. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software! What do you like best? The search function, boolean searching, the task function, ability to connect to Outlook and our phones for click-to-dial. It makes organizing candidate submittals/interviews/starts easy. What do you dislike? You can only have one boolean search for one job running at a time.
