What do you like best? search engine is good and well structured using tree formations easy to filter profiles accurately and well versed with different types of filters like visa status and exceptions. What do you dislike? Data redundancy happens many times same profiles shows up and data doesn't updates as two same profile overwrite. What do you like best? The best part of Job Diva is how much ground it can cover, by automating tasks that we used to do manually. The minute I get a new requirement, I can set up an Agent Search so Job Diva can search all of the career sites, pulling in all the resumes throughout the web with the right skills. What do you like best? I think JobDiva is a great and intuitive software. What do you dislike? Doesn't do a great job of filtering out the 'exclusions' on candidates- wish you could search through 'hot list's. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software! What do you like best? The search function, boolean searching, the task function, ability to connect to Outlook and our phones for click-to-dial. It makes organizing candidate submittals/interviews/starts easy. What do you dislike? You can only have one boolean search for one job running at a time.
