Could be so much better!

What do you like best? JobDiva is great for harvesting and the ability to post pretty seamlessly to outside sources is also great. What do you dislike? The user experience and interface is lacking. Having to open up multiple windows and going back and forth between different areas is quite frustrating. When running searches of the database, there can be an extreme delay in the loading of candidates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make JobDiva more user ...

Job Diva is a lifesaver that diminishes the need for multiple software for different departments.

What do you like best? I like that it allows candidate tracking from job posting to employment. It has features to continue the process as employment continues and converts from an applicant tracking system to HRIS. So much easier to process information in one location instead of 5 locations for different departments. What do you dislike? I don't like that it pops up everything in a new window versus a new tab. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is ...

Old and Outdated resume scraping service.

What do you like best? I did not actually enjoy using Job Diva, the automation and material it produced was pretty trash. What do you dislike? Disliked how they scraped poorly, inputed resumes incorrectly quite often, and only used 1 or 2 criteria to identify candidates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Honestly, more trouble then worth.

A pool of candiates.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? They're capable of aggregating resumes and data. This would help in showcasing when individuals have submitted their resume to varying sites. It lets you utilize that in reaching out to them for jobs that match with their given information. It makes things convenient. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It appears they're moving through certain stages. They only house recent resumes online. It'd be nice if I get a ...

An easy way in keeping track and receiving updates on candidates.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? JobDiva makes things simple in keeping track, e-mail, updating, and then hiring candidates. Its search tool is easy to utilize. It makes things simple in seeing which candidates have already been contacted within your database. This prevents any overlapping within the recruitment process. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What I don't favor with this product is how confusing it can be in exporting your call and ...

We can better organize our candidates for open jobs

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? JobDiva allows me to match candidates to open job requirements, to keep track of their productivity via recruiting process. This software frequently adds new and updated features to the system. I’m able to create Hotlist of those candidates that meet the requirements and who have skills. This is time-saving product. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The mobile application can be buggy sometimes, for e.g. ...

I frequently make use of JobDiva for both recruitment and account management.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like having the ability to keep things organized. I do this via the calendar functionality and by making hotliss for contacts as well as candidates. This lets me mix things with my organization by means of JobDiva, Outlook, and Excel. Great things indeed! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sadly, its mobile app would entail a ton of requirements. I'm frequently making use of a Mac as my primary home PC. ...

Feature rich, but slow to harvest

What do you like best? Integrations with text and click to dial. Similar keyword algorithm is accurate. Easy mail merge. What do you dislike? The harvester is not up to date. I fo on job boards every day and find resumes not in JD, or not showing most recent modification. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tool to quickly reach muliple applicants and record and store data.
