Resume Sourcing, Uploading jobs for internal use, applicant tracking, feedback, offer, interviews schedule, report (various reports), especially, Phased Submittel Metrics, Phased Job Activity Summary and Details, My Access Log Report, and Users' Journal of Candidate Notes and Qualifications & Data management. What do you like best? I think it's great for finding candidates, submitting, and working on the positions given from our clients. It allows you to put a lot in the submission details - so whoever is getting the candidate doesn't have to go somewhere else to get info needed.
