What do you like best? Gives you a wide variety of criteria while sourcing right candidates. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike but if it can give you option of selecting specific experience level then it can be used in most efficient manner. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It is very helpful software to find all types of IT and Financial candidates and to pinpoint the criteria, as best as possible. Email merges, candidate database where we can save notes, their documents and can compare old resumes from different portals. Candidate applicant list and easy to use with search string. What do you like best? The overall interface of JobDiva is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. It makes it easy for a recruiter to track what jobs they are working on, as well as the progress of their colleagues on the same roles. Little features like linking up to OutLook and being able to search for candidates by phone number or email are very helpful.
