What do you like best? Its user friendly and easy to use. Good database of the candidates and easy to find out with different source of strings. What do you like best? I use Job Diva for resume sourcing and i feel it has the best filters and options. It has a huge database which keeps on increasing day by day. What do you like best? JobDiva does a great job of bringing in resumes from the leading job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.) You always are cultivating new and fresh resumes as they are being submitted present time. It is a good interface and easy to use/ learn.
