What do you like best? I use Job Diva for resume sourcing and i feel it has the best filters and options. It has a huge database which keeps on increasing day by day. Its navigation is very user friendly and the interface is very good, showing maximum information at normal font. What do you like best? JobDiva does a great job of bringing in resumes from the leading job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.) You always are cultivating new and fresh resumes as they are being submitted present time. It is a good interface and easy to use/ learn. What do you like best? Intelligence of the job Diva. If I search a Java it shows all the related skills and candidate. Very much user friendly. Submission process and interview scheduling is strong.
