Easy to use

What do you like best? Very easy to search candidates with this and you can link various job boards with it such as Monster, Career Builder, Dice ETC. What do you dislike? The database needs to be stronger and job diva is all depends on database. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? JobDiva is very helpful to find out good profile that always match with recruiter's search string. What do you dislike? sometimes get the dual profile of same consultant but it happens in rare case. What problems are you solving with the product?
