All you need to do is to enter on the search you string, cling number of candidates to reach an then click email merge. You will be sending the email to all candidates based on your seach string. Easy to use and priced accordingly

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of JobDiva. It's easy to send email blasts, it's easy to pull call lists, it's easy to run reports, it's integrates with Gmail wonderfully. What do you dislike? I wish it had a video interview feature to where I could really capture a full profile of someone and then send it to my clients. What do you like best? Jobdiva is very useful in recruitment industry. it is very helpful to all recruiters as well as managers to recruit right candidate with right rate. What do you dislike? Strings not saved in jobdiva. needed to improvise string section. please do needfull. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is very easy to use to give requirement to other recruiter through jobdiva.

What do you like best? In jobdiva we can make boolean strings very easily and one of the best part I like here is we can use job tittle as well for search. What do you dislike? We dont have additinal filter for candidates with junior role. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please use jobdiva What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has become really easy for me in learnign and making strings.

Ok, missing certain features

What do you like best? The comprehensive nature of pulling resumes automatically in What do you dislike? Can't merge candidates, I would prefer each candidate assigned a ID#, then I would like to be able to remove all the duplicate profiles What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to set up a search and even if there isn't many candidates there now, tomorrow there will be more.
