A great ATS to have!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Fantastic functionality. Database is powerful. The UI is simply gorgeous. Super simple to utilize for an app tracking system. Simple and easy to use tool to track our candidates

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? JobDiva is simple product that helps us to track, email and even update the list of the candidates. It has easy search tool so we can see the candidates who are already been contacted from our internal employees. The software is easy to navigate and easy to learn. Excellent ATS

What do you like best? JobDiva super user-friendly and easy to train on. What do you dislike? Some of the functions are more limited than I'd like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to track my candidates in real-time via the app on my phone, web-based or desktop version. Benefits are clear as day as I can see all of my associate's candidates information and how up to date all of the information is.

Easy to utilize and ramp up on

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to learn this platform, most of the functions are very straight forward. What do you dislike? I wish the search bar was not by exact characters searched. Ex. if you put in a phone number that is "610-317" it will bring up all of the people whose phone numbers begin with that for example. I also think that the platform is easily bugged up with incorrect info, duplicate profiles, etc. Sometimes the resumes to not match the contact profile. ...

What do you like best? The navigation, and the folders and icons being clearly marked. Having the clearly labeled pillars of talen management, job management, crm, reporting tools, and dashboards help to keep everything very easy to find and organized. What do you dislike? Working with JobDiva has made everything so smooth and easy.

What do you like best? I really like how seemless it makes the recruiting process. from candidate searches, to Job intake to on-boarding. Having the ability to have everything in one place makes what can be a stressful job, much easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? i like that there are boolean string searches and they are easy to set up and populate at the bottom of the screen What do you dislike? Amazing ATS

What do you like best? Love the automation on finding resumes, matching job descriptions to resumes and finding resumes with keywords highlighted to make my searches easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of putting together search strings, candidate tracking and employee metrics What do you dislike? Navigating through the system can be unclear and we barely scratch the surface on all it's capabilities. The search radius is not always accurate which can be frustrating.
