What do you like best? I like the fact that it has a VOIP feature that you can easily use. You can also create a contact and search it. It also have history and voicemail tabs. You can also send sms to your contacts or even in a number that is not saved on your contacts. What do you dislike? I don't like the part that it has a history but you cannot edit the history. Great VoIP Option

What do you like best? The customer service is great. They are happy to help with anything! What do you dislike? The settings and the setup process can be a little overwhelming and confusing at first, but customer service/tech support helps a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can work from home using business class VoIP instead of going using a landline.

What do you like best? I love the low cost and portability of Jive. My fav feature is Go To Meeting! But the dashboard is awesome as well. What do you dislike? I don't like the occasional poor call quality but the rewards soothe my displeasure. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication goes with me EVERYWHERE!

Great service!

What do you like best? I like the dashboard that I downloaded onto my Mac. Everything is in one place - phone calls, IM chats, etc. It also makes it much easier to take calls from my computer or cell phone vs. my desk phone when I'm not in the office. Jive is almost fun to implement.

What do you like best? I like that Jive gives you a circuit board aesthetic that allows you to visibly create the structure of your phone system in your space. It’s user friendly, and the Jive staff are very helpful. What do you dislike? The cost. Jive could be more economical without trying to incentivize you by adding lines.
