Jive provides a huge array of features to design any phone system you want
What do you like best? Customer support - A friendly human always picks up when you call! What do you dislike? Sometimes in VOIP funky things will happen (like callers can hear you and you can't hear them), you are tied to maintaining software updates for your hardware. What do you like best? When I am able to get through they provide very helpful information that I can understand. What do you dislike? It is hard to get into contact with customer service at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had somethings i needed done like a virtual fax number installed and they helped walk me through the process.

Reliable calling and texting tool
What do you like best? I like that it has a text feature. It also has a separate app for it not just the web app. What do you dislike? I hate that it has a lot of bugs. It restarts all the time and it is laggy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask for support when it lags. I hope Jive fixes the bugs. An Honest Assessment Of Sevices Thus Far
What do you like best? I am absolutely in love with their support team. Not only will they stay on the phone with you until the issue is resolved, they follow up with customers via email to make sure the issue is truly resolved. What do you dislike? One of my least favorite things about Jive is that it constantly disconnects from the internet (even with a hard wired connection) when not using the app that is in Beta mode. The revolutionary communications program has finally arrived.
What do you like best? Jive offers a very modern handset, communications application and easy to use and navigate back-end for administrators. We have finally found a solution that is housed all in 1, previously we had to use Kall8, Nextiva, Spectrum and TPX to perform 85% of what Jive offers all within the 1 platform. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All my users get Gotomeeting with the Jive VoIP service. Great value! What do you dislike? Nothing to report. Honestly, night and day difference between Jive and 8x8. What do you like best? We launched Jive for our new phone system its pretty cool you don't use phones everything is On the PC What do you dislike? Still learning the new system we have a door bell and we used our old phone to buzz people in on this system we haven't figured out how to do that as yet., What problems are you solving with the product? Jive is a great option for small business phone systems
What do you like best? I like the ability to set it up the way I want to. The faxing feature is easy to use as well. What do you dislike? The application for mobile device does not work well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have multiple devices linked to our business account with multiple extensions.

Great and quick customer service
What do you like best? I like the quick response from the tech team to help with any issues and also with the user friendly portal What do you dislike? I would suggest a better billing system.
