User Friendly
What do you like best? We've been easily able to adopt JazzHR across our org because of how user friendly the tool is. Workflows really help lay out the recruiting process. Allows us to sort candidates and easily communicated with them. Using questionnaires are great, we love being able to create multiple versions and clone. What do you dislike? Would really love to see options for being able to separate into different Job Boards. This would be tremendously great for us. ...

Solid Platform - handles 95% of what we need.
What do you like best? Easy to use, user-friendly program. Automation already saves us hours each week. Hiring managers loved the move: training material is on-hand, guided videos from admin and managers, and support team never takes more than 24 hours to respond! What do you dislike? What do you like best? JAZZ is a great ATS for small to midsize companies. The best part of JAZZ is the JAZZ team- if you have a question, they are responsive. Love this tool
What do you like best? I implemented jazz (formerly Resumator) almost 4 years ago. I love how easy it is for your team members to come in and rate and leave notes on candidates. In our org we have recruiters and hiring managers so it makes it easy for them to work together What do you dislike? Inexpensive option for startup hiring
What do you like best? The price point and flexibility of the subscription. As my company's first ATS system, it was a good starting point. What do you dislike? It's very clunky and not particularly user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to accelerate growth, and do so in an organized, efficient way. We certainly kept organized using Jazz though it was difficult to easily see our candidate pipeline and process.

JazzHR is awesome! This ATS makes hiring easier.
What do you like best? JazzHR makes recruiting easier! It's very intuitive and easy for the user to learn initially. Any time consuming tasks that you may have had to do with previous applicant tracking systems are eliminated by using Jazz. You can customize the system fairly easily by creating your own workflows, email messaging etc. It also merges profiles together if candidates apply to more than one role so you can see what they have been considered for previously.
