We love JazzHR!
What do you like best? Purple Ink has used Jazz for all our hiring for the past 5+ years. It's very user friendly even for someone who would not consider themselves tech-savvy. What do you like best? Candidates are asked to provide a 140 character summary of themselves. What do you dislike? I need a category for having reviewed a candidate but holding them for later. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have one place to communicate with my HR department and store resumes.

Powerful system, and very user-friendly!
What do you like best? JazzHR makes it easy and fun to learn how to use the system, and they have a great team available to answer questions very quickly. What do you dislike? I do not have any negative feedback at the moment, so far so good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We moved to JazzHR from a different, out of date platform; the ease of use, reporting capabilities, and job posting features are fantastic.

A great ATS
What do you like best? Very user friendly. Much better than the previous ATS What do you dislike? Some of the functions are not available in all areas. This is minor but it would be helpful to not have to copy and paste from one tab to the next. Recommendations to others considering the product: try it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is more cost efficient then our last ATS with most of the same functionality.
