Good system
What do you like best? The process for approvals is easy to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes Jazz strips word doc attachments down to plain text. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a way to handle a many-manager hiring process, Jazz is a great way to keep many resumes flowing through approvals and give hiring managers a view into the process.

Great ATS, especially for a start-up
What do you like best? I appreciate it's simplicity and intuitive design of Jazz. What do you dislike? Although I don't have major concerns, I would appreciate the scorecards and assessments being better designed. What do you like best? Jazz has all the basics you need to start recruiting. It's helpful for small organizations with a low number of jobs and simple processes. What do you dislike? Works for what it is
What do you like best? I like that Jazz is easy to review feedback on candidates, easy to view resumes as a manager/interviewer. Its easy to see where a candidate is at in the process, with clear communication to simply @ someone for feedback etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The customer support is helpful, friendly, and solution oriented. When I call the customer service line, I am consistently met with a positive team member that is eager to help and resolve my issue. The time that it takes to address most issues is quick and efficient. The customer support team members are knowledgeable and well trained. What do you dislike? Ease of use with clarity on candidates
What do you like best? one-click ability to view candidate details and disposition incoming candidates. What do you dislike? The in-window scrolling feature for candidate resume review is a little cumbersome. Would be better if the resume opened in a modal window. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently staffing up for a large team across multiple disciplines. JazzHR makes routing of candidate reviews simple.

What do you like best? To have a standard workflow for Recruiting, keep the CV in only one place, manage communication effectively and share the CVs with the hiring using the same centralized tool. Easy to Use!
What do you like best? The setup was quick and efficient. We were able to be up and running on the platform within days of making a decision. The integration with our HRIS is nice and smooth.
