Great Applicant Tracking System!

What do you like best? The effective way the system allows us to communicate with applicants. I also really enjoy the dashboard, the reporting features and, most of all, the bulk emails. Great for the price!

What do you like best? Extremely affordable. Great for a small to mid-size business. What do you dislike? Needs MUCH better reporting and needs to automatically merge duplicate candidates. Great experience, still work to do.

What do you like best? Really great user interface, it is simple to use and to teach to others. Very nice to see progress of each role you are working on and being able to upload your own documents is essential. What do you dislike? Again, the ability to mass reject or select multiple candidates would be amazing! What do you like best? Having everything in one spot, everyone having access to the same information. What do you dislike? The reporting needs work. We are going through some of the information now trying to get information for the Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity report we are required to file with the state and the information is lacking. Solid candidates and easy to use

What do you like best? I like the user interface and how easy it is to navigate. Need a solid staffing tool that tracks candidates and allows hiring managers a way to communicate with the recruiting staff.

Best ATS on the Market!

What do you like best? I like having a command center for all my Recruiting Needs. JazzHR has been the heart of multiple avenues we use for our business to find great talent. We used to only use ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and Craigslists and had to manually monitor all our data. It was a mess to sort through all our candidates, often getting duplicates. What do you like best? I love the functionality and the awesome support we receive when i do not understand things. What do you dislike? Reporting tool and workflow ability. What do you like best? Easy to use, great user experience. Has some integrations available for other systems. I can’t stress enough how easy the system is to use. I’ve only been using it a month and had zero training, but because it is so intuitive, I learned to use it in a matter of 10 minutes. My managers also find it easy to use.
