User Friendly and Effective ATS!
What do you like best? Workflows make organizing candidates super easy. I'm able to update hiring managers about the current candidate pipeline at any given time. I also love the other templates such as offer letters, which are amazing time-savers. What do you dislike? I wish there was a feature to review all possible duplicate applicants. I faced some troubles in exporting report but everything else is awesome
What do you like best? Non HR Interviewers can easily work in it. It's easy to find info on it What do you dislike? Working with the reporting tool. Good tracking capabilities and easily organized information
What do you like best? Ability to view all the relevant information to a candidate in the same place. It is helpful to have the scheduled contacts with candidates and feedback from everyone so that it is easy to identify promising prospects. So candidates organization and tracking are seamless. Easy to use and with many functionalities
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to track statuses and actions in the tool. You can quickly check candidate information for example the CV. What do you like best? Recruiting made easy
What do you like best? I really like the fact that I can start a discussion with the hiring team on each candidate and keep all notes, emails, and assessments in one place. Everything is tracked and the hiring process is definitely optimized. I can choose who gets email notifications when a new candidate applies and if I want a daily candidate digest so that I don't miss out on anyone. Really great hiring tool for remote teams!
What do you like best? We can conduct interviews with people in multiple locations and all stay on the same page throughout the interview process. It is easy to review and rate candidates coming in as the hiring manager. It's easy to give feedback on candidates throughout the funnel. We can pass/fail a candidate at the end of an interview.
