Lifetime Subscription holder

Steve resolved my issue quickly without a hitch. "Lifetime" runs out after like 5 years due to technical limitations. In that case you just need to enquire to get it reacitivated free of charge.

Franklin was very patient and led me step by step in a very quick and easy to understand manner. My problem was solved very quickly and I didn't feel at all rushed by Franklin nor did I feel stupid for the simple questions. I finally was able to connect to my desired server. Thank you so much !
