I had some problem with connection
I had some problem with connection. My old 1 year plan was expired and I've upgraded my plan to 2 year one. But Ivacy app didn’t see upgraded plan and won't to connect. I've contacted support. Jemes answered me and solved this issues less than 5 sec. Lightning speed.

years ago, I bought a package that will last a lifetime at the black friday event. I used it periodically. I felt the need to use it again today and I downloaded it. Whatever I did, when I came to the password part, only 2 countries were open, couldn't go any further. james, who was authorized in the chat section, was very helpful new He sent the password to the e-mail address registered in the system. Great VPN and Support
I have a lifetime subscription with Ivacy, and enjoy using this VPN. My lifetime subscription has to be renewed occasionally, and this time James helped me get this done. He was friendly and helpful. My subscription was renewed very quickly.
