Connection issue resolved
My connection did not work all a sudden. James of the Ivacy support team knew what exactly caused the problem and resolved the issue within 3 minutes. It turned out that the OpenVPN security certificates had to be updated.

Solid VPN with excellent customer service
I had an issue with the app not signingbme in. Unclear as to why. I contacted customer support. James was most helpful and patient! I had several questions about my product and app. Solid customer service! Thank you!

Immediate help on license issue
My connection was not working. Looked like my license was expired although it should'nt. I wrote this into the chat and it took only a few minutes for the support person to re-activate my subscription. That's first class support! Fast, easy and convenient.
