They probably have one of the best…
They probably have one of the best customer services out there , whenever I have a problem and reach them , they usually respond the second who follow and resolve the issue in less than 5 min. On top of that the VPN did really work on multiple devices so I definitely recommend it

Long time user
I've been using Ivacy since 2016. It's great for quick vpn connections needed and is beginner friendly. James helped with my subscription renewal and it literally only took 5mins to check everything is in order.

Really solid service
Really solid service. Never had any problems with it. Can definitely recommend them. Also James from the customer support team was very quick to respond and helped me out.

Contacted the live support today and…
Contacted the live support today and was connected through to Aaron. He patiently put up with me as i am not "TECHY". Sorted the problem with ease, few clicks of the mouse (about 100) and we were their. Thank you

Great Customer Response and Service
I had been assisting by their customer service James to extend the lifetime subscription. They respond quickly and i am happy with it.
