Outstanding support!
I've been a customer for 3 years. Ivacy's service has been good, but I had a problem with my password. I got a live person (James) immediately without the normal auto responses and questions. James had my problem solved in less than a minute. Outstanding!

Value for Money: I have been a customer of Ivacy since March 2018 when I purchased a lifetime plan. The only requirement is that the lifetime plan needs to be renewed every 5 years. Recently, I had the opportunity to chat with their live support representative, Franklin. I was impressed by the promptness of Franklin's response, as he replied in less than 10 seconds. Best value VPN there is
I bought a lifetime deal for this VPN and was about to expire. I chatted with customer service and they extended it for me without question. Very nice. The app is fast with Wireguard and all of the streaming services that I like work with this service. Thank you Ivacy for being the best. I hope to use and recommend this VPN for a long time.
