Happy customer since 2016
I've been a user since 2016. Lots of connection options and features for working from various countries. Recently, I had an issue an was immediately connected to James for support. My lifetime account expired and I needed to have it extended. Their lifetime accounts expire after 5 years and you'll need to request an extension. I didn't realize this when I signed up, but James had this resolved in under 2 minutes.
