Perchè usare iubenda e non la procedura online sul registro delle imprese? Dal momento in cui ho contattato iubenda sono passate due settimane (tramite la camera di commercio oltre un mese) e oggi ho costituito la mia startup! Wasted money, no reply from support at all
We had a great hopes for iubenda company. First bought a simple plan for 9 EUR just to check how they work. Well, they don't. I've tried to contact customer support via online chat for 2 days in a row - no response IN ONLINE CHAT. Why do you even have it?I was ready to pay even more than the maximum price they have for a good service. But seems like they don't need it. No help from them, have no idea how to use them, no replies for 48 hours in online chat for a simple question about how to ...

Bravi!Abbiamo aperto una StartUp Innovativa (S.R.L.) nei tempi e costi previsti da iubenda e tutto é filato liscio come l'olio (il che, vista la famosissima complessitá burocratica italiana é un ottimo traguardo).Ci siamo interfacciati con Matteo e Raffaele ed entrambi sono stati professionali, seri, preparati e hanno risolto problemi / sveltito la pratica.Complimenti e alla prossima.

Pay them - forever!
They dont allow you to download the policy that you customize and pay for. They force you into an ongoing subscription, and if you stop paying them, your policy goes away.

Il sistema per la generazione delle policy va anche bene, però se avete un problema scordatevi il servizio clienti.Un problema anche solo di generazione policy non dico problemi più concreti, anche se si ha l'abbonamento completo.
