Il servizio e' molto ben organizzato e puntuale nel seguire il processo di costituzione, anche nel caso in cui si verifichino delle difficolta'. Turned off all e-mail notifications in my account on 28-jul-2020, yet they keep sending me an e-mail on 29-jul-2020.It seems like they do not respect the wishes of their customers.What's next? Deleting my account and they still keep the data on some USB stick?

Absolutely no response from customer service
It's been almost 2 weeks now since I last heard back from this company on my original question. I've sent several reminders and also answered a customer service survey where I graded the quality of CS low. That should have at least triggered some kind of interaction? iUbenda is in the business of trust and transparency, so ironic that they fail so hard on these points in their customer service. Will likely change to another tool.
