"Would Highly Recommend"

What do you like best about Iterable? What I love about iterable is the support team and the accounts team. Everyone wants to help find a solution to any email needs and help with strategic intiatives. What do you dislike about Iterable? I think the UX/UI needs a lot more work. What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable has a state of the art support team that is knowledgeable and always ready to go above and beyond. On the toolset standpoint, Iterable has a talented pool of devs and solution architects who liase with the customers regularly while delivering features. What do you like best about Iterable? 1. Journey builder 2. Product Documentation 3. Customer support team What do you dislike about Iterable? Honestly not much to dislike. The tool is simple and has all basic features needed. Minor featuer updates can always be added. What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? 1. What do you like best about Iterable? Having used many different ESP's, no emailing platform has the fexlibility and segmentation options that Iterable does.
