What do you like best about Iterable? I use Iterable daily for our marketing efforts. It is a very robust system that allows us to send hundreds of campaigns from SMS, Email, and Push Notifications. We're able to create hundreds of user attributes that connected directly with our system and use that to build and send fully personalized campaigns. Their UI is very easy to use and navigate. What do you like best about Iterable? The biggest pros of Iterable are: 1. The features that make creating/managing emails and push notifications a simple process. It working with other platforms for translations or template creation is also a plus. 2. The support is great. I have been able to see many different people be trained to use Iterable using their provided training moduals and I am impressed at how easily new users gain proficiency with the system. That being said, there is enough depth to be able to handle our automation and communication needs completly without the need of external systems. What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable been a very interesting journey for me. When I've started I didn't know much about platform, but the education section really helped me a lot. Was really glad to go through it and it taught me a lot. What do you dislike about Iterable? However, like with most things there are some downsides to Iterable. After using MailChimp for years, it was a breath of fresh air.
