What do you like best about Iterable? The ability to get on the phone with our account manager is unmatched. We are always able to get a call with Lindsey when we have questions about campaign best practices or improvements. The tool is intuitive to use and easy to navigate. What do you like best about Iterable? I use Iterable daily for our marketing efforts. It is a very robust system that allows us to send hundreds of campaigns from SMS, Email, and Push Notifications. We're able to create hundreds of user attributes that connected directly with our system and use that to build and send fully personalized campaigns. Their UI is very easy to use and navigate. What do you like best about Iterable? Incredibly easy to use, great support via Live Chat What do you dislike about Iterable? No folder management for lists, there has been increased levels of journey downtime recently What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Iterable? Iterable is very user friendly and if you are confused about anything at all they have a ton of resources to explain it. They also offer workshops! What do you dislike about Iterable? i just wish the "send now" button wasnt directly beside the "schedule" button as it makes me nervous ill hit the wrong one! What problems is Iterable solving and how is that benefiting you? it sends out mass email campaigns to our database using dynamic lists
