Iterable has been a gamechanger for our marketing emails

What do you like best? First of all, the UI is really easy to understand and navigate - setting up a campaign is straightforward unlike in a lot of other email service providers. All the features are useful, especially workflows for automation. Segmentation is great too, and allows us to get work done without needing assistance from our analytics teams. Overall I would highly recommend them to other email marketers. What do you dislike? Sometimes when you search for campaigns, it ...

Iterable has been a game-changer from us

What do you like best? Iterable has allowed us to in-house and streamline our data-driven marketing and extend the channels we use. The workflows feature is simple to use and powerful for managing our programmes and we love the simplicity of 'Experiments' What do you dislike? There's an ongoing bug with email heat map reporting that we're waiting for a fix on and the Insights feature could be enhanced. We also eagerly anticipating the ability to update Facebook custom audiences ...

Power seen within workflows

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Iterable did a really good job in bringing our automation and e-mail marketing campaigns to the next level. Making use of Workflows enabled us to have an actual relationship with people in our lists. We were able to do that without tiring them out from endless inquiries or questions that doesn't capture their interest. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The biggest problem we faced was the process of import. Our ...

A step up

What do you like best? The drag and drop feature is a great tool for fast email creation and no need to HTML knowledge. What do you dislike? I wish there were more fonts available while using the drag and drop feature. I would also like templates and campaigns to autosave. It would also be awesome if you could quickly edit the HTLM in the drag feature rather than having to export. Their workflows need a lot of work. More triggers to actually start flows would be great. They JUST ...

Iterable Gives Other Marketing Automation Products a Run For Their Money

What do you like best? Our company has been using Iterable now for over a year to service the needs of our clients. Iterable's layout, organization, segmentation functionality, ease of use, and ability to build complex workflows for drip campaigns are by far the best features. What do you dislike? There are few aspects of Iterable I dislike. As far as limitations go, there are a few when using Iterable at an enterprise level (like the ability to clone projects and clone workflows ...

Solid marketing automation product

What do you like best? Two things: 1.) The workflows are super easy to create. 2.) The ability to run multi-channel retention/conversion campaigns out of one platform is great: e-mail, SMS, push and Facebook Custom Audiences. What do you dislike? Support is a little non-existent. 1.) There is very little help with onboarding - just a bunch of guides 2.) Support is really only available via LiveChat and takes upwards of 30 minutes to get a response sometimes. That ...

Impressed with the breadth of functionality

What do you like best? We chose Iterable based on the strength of its API and its ability to handle a multi-million list size. As a marketer, Iterable has a number of powerful advanced features that make it easy for me to perform segmentation, write workflows and run multivariate tests. The support team is beyond amazing; they are knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure their customers succeed. What do you dislike? Our engineers get a bit frustrated about some of the ...

It could be good...it just isn't reliable

What do you like best? The best part about Iterable is all that you can do on it. The capabilities for different campaigns you can set up are numerous. What do you dislike? The UI can be VERY difficult to use and the system cannot really handle a high volume of use. The tool is also HIGHLY unreliable. Lists dont upload, sends stop midway - and it isn't caught unless you are proactively looking. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are a small company, ...

A Quick and Clean Program

What do you like best? There are so many cool and exciting methods of sending. Email, Workflows, Triggered messages, SMS... and they keep adding new things. What do you dislike? I would like the design elements to have a standard feature of the operator's choosing. For example, I use black, size 16 font, but the default for Iterable is 12 and gray. Takes up time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Allow for editing grouped images, and allow user to create ...

Growing in right direction

What do you like best? Tool combines easy and logical interface for business users with a strategic layer underneath to build scalable customer journeys. What do you dislike? Integration to some 3rd party endpoints has webhook dependencies More native integrations would be appreciated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Omnichannel campaigns have been siloed. We hope Iterable helps us flatten that implementation.
